Wednesday 5 April 2017
This full-day symposium will showcase current Australian research focusing on its application to informed mental health policy and practice.
Community mental health workers, service providers, clinicians, researchers, consumers, carers and students from across ACT and regional NSW are encouraged to attend. The event offers a positive learning environment where questions are encouraged to facilitate learning and engagement.
We are currently calling for Abstracts in the following topic areas:
- Mental Health in marginalised populations
- Physical origins of mental illness
- Functional approaches to treatment
- Translating mental health research into practice
The final date for Abstract submission is Friday 24th February 2017.
The Symposium is presented by MHCC ACT in partnership with the ACT Consumer and Carer Mental Health Research Unit (ACACIA).
Visit the Symposium website for more information or to register.
