MHCC ACT are calling for nominations for people to sit on our Values Based Training and Sector Familiarisation Advisory Panel, and the Mental Health Month reimbursement grant applicationsclose next week, on Friday July 3. It is important to note that the ACT Government have made changes to their COVID-19 web page, with updated information available on their ACT Health page. We take a look at the results from the Monash University mental health survey, and a study from Flinders University that highlights the effectiveness of the NewAccess program. Smiling Mind have teamed with an Indigenous women's group to create a mindfulness app in language to target Aboriginal communities.
