COVID-19 Mental Health Masterclass

MHCC ACT is alerting you to this offering as it closely matches many of the issues that have been raised over the past few weeks - whether you be a worker or mental health professional, parent, family member, or carer. These Master Classes have been developed by the Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Association (ANZMHA) in response to the calls for help they have been receiving. They are a series of six webinars each for professionals and community members, and are designed to inform, engage and support you during this time of uncertainty. ANZMHA states that each Masterclass series will see you gain practical tools, valuable advice and insight via two 30-minute presentations by expert speakers with live Q&A sessions, on each topic. Whether you're a parent, family member, carer, worker or mental health professional, these masterclasses will give you the tools, knowledge and advice to navigate through difficult times. You will learn self-care techniques and improve mental wellbeing for yourself, your family and your clients. There are two series of Masterclasses available, both heavily discounted:

  • Mental Health Masterclass series for Professionals

  • Mental Health Masterclass series for Community Members

See full newsletter for more information on each of these Masterclass series.
